A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2010, the Defendant received a six-month diagnosis from a divided hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Seo-gu, Seoul, for the right high-speed table table, etc. at the branch hospital, which is located in the Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

On September 26, 2010, the Defendant, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, laid off a medical certificate issued by the said branch hospital with the same letters as the medical certificate issued by the said branch hospital, and then attached and copied the above francing document on the date of issuance on the said medical certificate by means of attaching and copying it, which is a private document concerning a certificate of fact, the date of issuance of the francing document, was changed into “ October 26, 2010” and sent it to three units of the 3260 unit of the Army at the permanent waters as if the altered medical certificate was duly formed.

B. On March 26, 2011, at the same place as above, the Defendant changed the issuance date of a medical certificate, which is a private document regarding a certification of facts, to “ October 26, 2010” at the same time as above, and subsequently sent the altered medical certificate to three units of 3260 units in the Army located on the permanent waters as if it was duly formed.

C. On September 26, 2011, at the same place as above, the Defendant changed the issuance date of a medical certificate, which is a private document regarding certification of facts, to “ October 26, 2010” at the same time as above, and subsequently sent the altered medical certificate to three units of 3260 units in the Army located on the permanent waters as if it was duly formed. D.

On December 22, 2011, the Defendant issued a medical certificate, which is a private document with respect to certification of facts, at the same place as above, in order to exercise the right.
