The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating the "D Child Care Center" on the first floor of Si, Si, Si, and Si, with the authorization of a mutual family childcare center.

No person shall receive a subsidy or appropriate a subsidy by fraud or other improper means.

1. On October 209, the Defendant applied for the government subsidy to the head office of the “D Child Care Center” above on October 18:32, 2009 to the effect that child E was present for at least 11 days. However, in fact, E was staying in China from September 30, 2009 to November 22, 2009 and there was no number of days of attendance in October.

Nevertheless, the Defendant approved the above E’s Love Card for KRW 337,00,000, which is 100% of childcare fees for 10% of the E’s child care card, and received KRW 506,000,000, in total, from the family members and employees in charge of City interesting women, on October 26, 2009, by falsely registering the number of days of attendance in the childcare integration system as at least 11 days, and received KRW 337,00,000 from the family members and employees in charge of Si interesting women, as the total childcare fees, around October 26, 200.

In this respect, the Defendant received subsidies by illegal means.

2. On November 23, 2009, the Defendant applied for a subsidy to the Government on the condition that the above E was present at the head of the above childcare center room for at least 11 days. However, on November 23, 2009, E was present on November 7.

The Defendant applied for the full amount of subsidies (at least 11 days of attendance) by such unlawful means as above, and received KRW 168,500 from his/her family female members and employees in charge of Si interesting viewing to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the above child care center around November 27, 2009.

The Defendant received subsidies by illegal means.
