A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 8, 2015, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 205 Dong 1701 on the 23:38th day of Gwangju, Seo-gu, 205 Dong 1701; (b) at the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 205 Dong 1701; and (c) first, at the home, the Defendant was faced with domestic violence while entering the house and diving, after receiving the said D’s 112 report, reported that the F of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Police Station E zone located in the front door, and the police officer was seated in the front door, and reported that the F and G “I am kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't k and kn't kn't kn't kn't k and k't k k't k.
Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous articles, threatened police officers to perform legitimate duties such as handling reports.
2. Around 23:38 on the same day, the Defendant was aware of the fact that the victim D (the age of 42) was hiding out of the house after the police officer F and G knife the knife the knife of the police officer F and G, and the knife knife the knife.
