A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 01:00 on June 28, 2016, threatened the victim C with the “E” store located in Seopopopo City D on the ground that the business hours have expired, and thereby the Defendant’s body was not ordered by the Defendant on the ground that the Defendant’s body had not been taken by the Defendant’s body, racks (16cm in length, 30cm in total length, 16cm in blade, 30cm in total length) and returned to the Defendant’s home, and threatened the victim C (n, 38 years in age), who was an employee, with the Defendant’s knife and knife the above knife.
