A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. On January 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes at the Defendant’s House at the am (a minor under the age of 13) in the name of the Defendant at the am in the name of the same day, following the Defendant’s attempt to discover the victim in the stairs of the am-si Man-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Mansan-si, and to commit an indecent act against the victim’s own business.
