Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates D in the C market located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju. Any person who intends to slaughter livestock shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor for each workplace.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do governor from December 13, 2013 to September 16, 2014, equipped with approximately 10 square meters, such as scambling scams and horses, and washing machines, slaughtered 15 miles per day, sold to many and unspecified customers, and sold 50-6 million won per month.
