Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a slaughter business license, slaughtered approximately 15 horses of chickens and ducks in the Geum-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Geum-gu, Busan Special Metropolitan City C market and operated slaughter business.
