A and B shall be punished by a fine of 4,000,000 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won.

1. 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 피고인들은 2016. 3. 7. 05:10경 창원시 성산구 D 지하 1층에 있는 피해자 E(56세)이 운영하는 노래주점에서 술값이 많다는 이유로 피해자와 다투게 되자 피고인 A는 피해자에게 “야, 이 씹할놈아”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 멱살을 잡아 넘어뜨린 다음 발로 피해자의 배를 2회 걷어차고, 피고인 B는 오른발로 피해자의 얼굴을 1회 걷어찼으며, 피고인 C은 손으로 피해자의 멱살을 잡는 등 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 우완 관절 염좌 등의 상해를 가하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim.
