Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are friendly-gu, and victims C (Nam, 29 years of age) and D (Nam, 22 years of age) are friendly.
1. On July 22, 2019, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) committed the Defendant’s head at the time of drinking in the F in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, on the ground that at around 05:15, Defendant A was in the time of drinking, and Defendant A her head at the time of drinking; Defendant B her head at the time of drinking; Defendant B was prevented from the victim D; Defendant B her head at the time of stopping the victim’s bridge and her head; Defendant A attempted to display the victim’s head at the time of drinking in order to prevent the defect of the victim’s photographing his/her head to prevent the occurrence of his/her escape. Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.
