On November 30, 2012, Defendants and G conspired to prevent the victim from taking charge of the management of the said officetel on the grounds that the management action against H Co., Ltd., the Defendants, the representative manager of the said officetel management body, was cited by Suwon District Court 2012Kahap355, and that the execution officer of Suwon District Court, J, the execution officer of Suwon District Court, would transfer the business of the K Co., Ltd. to L Co., Ltd., the representative director of the K Co., Ltd., for the reason that the administrative execution was defective, that the Plaintiff’s appointment of the victim and the representative of the said officetel management body cannot be recognized.

Accordingly, between November 30, 2012 and November 10, 2012, the Defendants reported that the victims and employees of K Co., Ltd. enter the living culture support room in Suwon-gu Office Mtel in order to view their duties according to the contents of the above administrative execution, and forced the victims and employees into the elevator and emergency stairs, and occupied the above living culture support room that prevents the victims from viewing their management duties. After driving away from the elevator and emergency stairs, the Defendants installed a locking device along the entrance of the above living culture support room in order to prevent the opening of entrance from the victim’s side, and occupied the above management room by January 25, 2013.

As a result, Defendants and G interfered with the victim's business of managing and maintaining officetels facilities by force.
