Punishment of the crime

C is serving as the Chairman of the D Officetel Emergency Countermeasure Committee, E as the Vice-Chairman, F as the Secretary of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, G as the Secretary of the above Emergency Countermeasure Committee, the Defendant A as the adviser, and H as the Director of the Office of Office of Office Management under the jurisdiction of the State.

A person who has served as the head of the management office employed by the above emergency response committee after resignation.

Around November 30, 2012, the Defendant and C, E, F, G, and H conspiredd to prevent management from performing management duties in L, on the grounds that the management action filed against J I, the representative administrator of the above officetel management body, was cited as the Suwon District Court 2012Kahap355, and that K of Suwon District Court Execution Officer K leaves I (State) and the transfer of the business of living culture support office (management office) in L, and the representative of the management body cannot be recognized.

On November 30, 2012, the Defendant conspired with C, E, F, G, and H to enter the living culture support room located in Suwon-si Office D Office as of November 30, 2012, the employees of the victim (the State) L enter the room to view the work in accordance with the content of the administrative execution, and occupied the above management room by not later than January 25, 2013, after occupying the above living culture support room which prevents the victim from deeming the management work.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, E, F, G, or H, interfered with the business of managing and maintaining officetels facilities by force of the victim under provisional disposition and administrative execution.
