1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;
2.Provided, That this judgment shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 689"
1. On January 13, 2017, Defendant A, the special larceny of Defendant A and B, around 14:30, 2017, had the body of the victim F in the second round of “E Syna” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the body of the victim in the second round of the “E Syna”, and Defendant B had the 31 key of the above victim in the shower, and Defendant B had the network where the above victim was discharged. Defendant A, using the said key, opened the clothes 31 and stolen the above victim’s cash 2.50,000 won, credit cards, driving licenses, etc., with 150,000 won or more at the market price.
As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of property equivalent to 400,000 won in the market price owned by the said victim.
2. The theft of Defendant A’s intrusion on a structure at night;
A. Defendant A, at around 05:30 on January 26, 2017, intrudes into the male escape room of the place specified in the above paragraph (1) and takes 4.50,000 won in cash owned by the said victim from the wall, using the hand saw gate, which was attached to the hand saw that was prepared in advance to cut the clothes of the victim G, and that was attached to the hand saw saw that was in possession of the victim G.

B. Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen the victims' property amounting to a total of KRW 1,792,000 on a total of two occasions.

1. On January 25, 2017, at around 19:00 on January 25, 2017, the Defendants were in possession of the Defendant A in advance, on the following grounds: (a) in J Dogna located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, off clothes in the custody of the victim K in the front room; and (b) in view of Defendant B’s network, the Defendant A was in possession of the clothes.
