A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Gwangju District Court for larceny, etc. and was sentenced to two years of suspension on April 30, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 30, 2016,

1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant: (a) from February 17, 2018 to February 23:14, 2018, from around the same day to around 23:48, the Defendant: (b) opened a fixed device of clothes 87 used by the victim E in his/her hands at the “D Sari-do” male escape room located in Chungcheongnam-gun Co., Ltd; (c) and (d) took money 286,000 won in cash on the part of the victim’s wall located in the clothes; and (d) removed from the wall of the victim’s wall located in the clothes.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On February 19, 2018, from around 20:00 to around 01:47 of the same month, the Defendant collected KRW 180,000 in cash owned by the victim from the wall of the victim, who was located in Ulsan-gun F, in the “Grrying room” male room located in Ulsan-gun F, Ulsan-gun, the victim H, in his hand, returned the fixed device of the clothes 44, used by the victim H, and opened so long as it is difficult to hold a door, and took up the 180,000 won in cash from the wall of the victim.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

On February 20, 2018, from around 01:47 to 02:39 the same day, the Defendant shall take 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim from the wall of the victim, who is located in the "Jari" male escape room located in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu, U.S., in his hand, after returning the fixed device of the victim's K to his/her hand, and making it difficult for him/her to set up a door, so far as possible from the wall of the victim who is located in the clothes.

On February 20, 2018, from around 11:45 to 12:16 the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened the fixed device of the clothes 83 used by the victim N in Ulsan-gun L in the "M soup room" male escape room in Ulsan-gun L, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant laid down, as well as 330,000 won in cash owned by the victim, two credit cards, two resident registration certificates, one driver’s license, and one lock that contain one driver’s license.
