Criminal facts
[Criminal Justice] On June 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and two months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on January 18, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant conspiredd to steals another’s property at a soup and soup making soup after having no living expenses to a police officer, following:
A. B. At around 03:00 on July 24, 2013, at the male escape room in the above Bana, C opened a drick clothes room in the number unclaimed with the dracker, and collected KRW 70,000 in cash owned by the victim’s name unclaimed boxes, and the Defendant, waiting in the above dricks or front vehicles, stolen another’s property by getting out of the vehicle and escape together.
2. In collaboration with C, the Defendant for special larceny:
A. At around 00:30 on July 25, 2013, at the male escape room of “H deathna,” G located in Seoyang-si, Namyang-si, the Defendant reported the network, and C opened the clothes 13 strawing with Draber and takes up the 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim I, the mobile phone of the amount of 8,40,000 won in the market price, and 8 copies of the admission tickets, which are equivalent to 31,00 won in the market price, and take up 40,000 won in cash owned by the victim. In the same way, C opened the clothes 61,40,000 won in cash owned by the victim, and in the same manner, C opened the clothes 31,000 won in cash owned by the victim, 1,000 won in cash, 1,000 won in the same way.
