A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 4 million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) at the Jeju District Court on November 16, 201, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months in imprisonment with labor for the same crime in the same court on December 1, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 9, 2016 and conclusive on December 9, 201.

On February 21, 2017, around 20:05, the Defendant driven E-wit truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.062% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license of approximately 150 meters from the front of the Defendant’s house located in C from the Do to the front of D located in C.

On July 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) 2057, the Defendant driven the E-Poter in the section of about 2 km from the private road near the private road in the Jeju-do on July 5, 2017 to the G-W road located in the same city F.

On March 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving) and the Act on Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages, the Defendant driven a E-Poter truck not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license from around 7km in the section from around 14:28 on March 18, 2018 to around 14:28 on the Jeju-si road without obtaining a driver’s license from around 7km.

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseed Driving) 712, 2017, the Defendant driven a epobbbbbbfing truck at approximately 100 meters from the road located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the front road in the same Ri without obtaining a driver's license from around 100 meters.
