A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On May 22, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000 from the Jeju District Court to a fine of KRW 500,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving), and on September 8, 2015, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving).

[2] On February 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.096% from the 1.2km section to the front road of Jeju Child Care Center, which is moving from the front of the construction site near the Jeju Land and Housing Corporation in Jeju-do, Jeju-do around 10:50 on February 12, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice.

"2017 Highest 1405"

1. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) driving a B Last truck under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.058% alcohol level from the 15km section from the 15km road near the east-Eup in the Jeju-si in the Jeju-si, to the roads near the ridge in the Jeju-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, on May 15, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, driving a motor vehicle in the state of drinking again, and driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at approximately 3 km away from the road near the Defendant’s residence in Jeju City to the road near the Jeju-si Special Self-Governing Province headquarters in the 601, Seocheon-si, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on May 16, 2017 to the road near the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Headquarters.
