Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B: (a) around June 3, 2013, at around 23:30, 2013, she expressed the victim A’s desire to talk on the ground that the victim A is too slicking in the D market parking lot located in Ulsan-gun C; and (b) the victim A who is slicking with the trial expenses, “I am hicking with the mind”; (c) the victim A prices twice the victim’s inner part of the victim A at the same time, and suffered injury to the victim A at least four weeks of hicking and closed.

2. Defendant A, at the same date and time as set forth in paragraph (1), and at the same place as above, suffered injury, such as the escape certificate of a conical signboard between 5-6 and 14 weeks, by cutting off the inside part of the victim B with the victim B’s f-7 hump after cutting off the victim B’s hump from the victim B and cutting off the inside part of the victim B.
