Defendant
A is the actual operator of Company I, and Defendant J, B, C, D, E, K, and F are the owners of each fishing vessel.
Defendant
A developed LED (ELD) with oil-saving devices, etc., and received orders from vessel owners, but in order for vessel owners to install the said fish, etc., A is required to bear one million won per ship, but the project of installing the said fish-conditioning, etc. was very poor for the competent authorities to pay subsidies to the owners of fishing vessels.
Accordingly, Defendant A decided to hold L, M, N and meeting, who is an employee in charge of the above company's business, and decided to order the above owners to take the business of installing fish, etc. on the condition that they bear the self-charges of the owners of fishing vessels as above in the company.
On December 209, Defendant A and the employees in charge of the above businesses requested the Defendants, the first owners of the vessel, to prepare a subsidy application and submit it to the competent authorities, as if the first owners actually bear the charges.
1. Defendant A and J’s co-principal defendant and J in collusion with L, M and N, and on December 2, 2009, were to bear the full amount of the charges from the above company without bearing all the charges. However, as the owner of the vessel bears the charges, he/she shall prepare a certificate of self-fund deposit stating that the owner of the vessel has deposited his/her own funds in the high-efficiency fishing vessel oil reduction support business, and submit it to the Fisheries Cooperatives of Jeju-si at Jeju-si, the Fisheries Cooperatives shall submit it to the Fisheries Cooperatives of Jeju-si, which may be aware of the fact, and then have the Jeju-si Fisheries Cooperatives attached the certificate of self-fund deposit to the above documents attached to the above application of high-efficiency fishing vessel oil reduction support business, and shall read all the above application and the documents attached thereto.
