Defendant

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
D is the owner and captain of E (40 tons, FF at port). Defendant A is the captain of G (59 tons, PH at racing). Defendant B is the owner of G.
1. He/she shall not assist any other fishing vessel engaged in other fisheries by the method of fisheries permitted to use the D fishing vessel;
