1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On September 16, 201, the Defendant committed a crime on September 16, 201, around 07:40 on September 16, 201, committed an indecent act against the victim E (the 16-year-old age), who was going on a street near Suwon-si D, with the intent of forcing the victim E (the 16-year-old age) to commit an indecent act against the victim’s hand, “Influorc khs, knife, knife,” and prevented the victim from resisting.

On October 10, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor indecent act under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the victim’s chest by drinking the victim’s mar who was going on a street near the Suwon-si L (around October 10, 2012) by committing an indecent act against the said victim’s chest by force.

The defendant is found to have committed a sexual crime on at least two occasions as stated in the facts constituting a crime in the judgment, and has committed a sexual crime against a person under the age of 19 and has the risk of recommitting a sexual crime.
