A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 28, 2012, the Defendant, including the violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, was allowing the Defendant to board a car driven by the Defendant, stating, “I will sell food with fents in cash,” while driving a DMW car on the front of the former CMW car at the front of the convenience store. B. On August 28, 2012, around 05:10, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim Fbucks, which were put on the back of the Mayang-gu Mayang-gu Mayang-gu, with a view to forcing the Defendant to commit an indecent act.

C. At around 05:30 on August 28, 2012, the Defendant parked the said car on the Gangdo-J road, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who was able to commit an indecent act against the victim E, who was locked by the chief of the king-si, influencing the victim E, kids by drinking the victim’s straw, drinking the chest, kid by entering the victim’s chest, and kid the victim’s breast with his knife, knife the knife, knife the knife, and forced the victim to resist.
