1. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Funeral) purchased a lost or stolen mobile phone distributed in Korea, and sentenced Defendant A to sell it to China and gain profits therefrom.
Defendant
A purchased the cell phone, which is a stolen goods purchased through the Internet safety transaction site, from B, and sold it to China. On August 17, 2012, Jung-gu Incheon apartment house No. 731 Dong-gu, 1202 B, approximately one million won of the market price owned by the victim's name in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, which is about one million won in the market price owned by the victim's name, was known to the fact that it is a stolen goods.
