Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime such as the acquisition of stolen goods at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2013.
2. The Defendant, in collusion with C, posted contact points along with the advertising phrase “blickphone” on the Internet Blogs, thereby purchasing a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone from an unspecified person at low prices, and divided profits therefrom.
As a result, C provided a car to the defendant, and notified the defendant of the telephone number and type and price of the cell phone of the person who was suffering from him/her as a mobile phone and let the defendant purchase the cell phone from the person.
At around 12:40 on November 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000,000,000 won of S2 mobile phone from the French male in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) continuously purchased 1 mobile phone from the French male in the same place around that time, Scar, a stolen for which D lost from the French male in the same place; and (c) around 14:00 on the same day, at around 14:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1 mobile phone from ELS 1 and Samsung Ggalle-si, an 2 mobile phone from the French male in the vicinity of the Guro-gu, Seoul.
3. At around 12:40 on November 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased KRW 90,000,00 in front of the exit room No. 1, 925 subway Line No. 1, 925 subway Line No. 5, in front of the exit room No. 1, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. Around November 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased KRW 90,000,000 in color, “Scarbe”, with knowledge that the market price owned by F is a stolen product.
At around 22:10 on December 15, 2012, the Defendant purchased at KRW 1.30,000,000,000 in front of the 1994 “The Home Plus” door, Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with knowledge of the fact that the victim who was stolen by H is a stolen product, the Defendant purchased at KRW 1.30,000,000,000,000.
