1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the following facts: there is no dispute between the parties; Gap evidence 1-1, 2, and 3; and the purport of the entire arguments entrusted to the Korea Land Information Corporation by this Court;

On July 30, 1986, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the ground of inheritance on March 3, 1986 by the deceased D (the father of the defendant) on July 30, 1986 with respect to the land of 100,760 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). The inheritance shares of E, the defendant, each of whom is 6/29, F, G, H, and I, 4/29, and 1/29 by the J.

The defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer before March 13, 2006 due to the sale and purchase on December 20, 2005 from all successors except himself.

B. On October 26, 1983, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the deceased L (the husband of the plaintiff) with respect to the size of 623 square meters in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and on April 10, 2006, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 7, 1989 on the ground of inheritance due to consultation and division.

On July 5, 1994 with respect to M 235 square meters prior to Ansan-si, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992).
