1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On March 3, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff’s future on the grounds of trust on February 26, 2014 with respect to the land, such as the land of 43.2 square meters and 368.4 square meters and 103.1 square meters in D, Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “each of the instant land”).

B. On September 19, 1988, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 19, 1988 with respect to the above F-mentioned F-1m2, 106.1m2 (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and the above-mentioned second-story housing and stores (hereinafter “instant building”).
