Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall engage in an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win at the results of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things or gambling using such rights.

Nevertheless, from July 10, 2016 to September 16, 2016, the Defendant visited C, a Internet illegal online sports soil site operated by the Defendant using smartphones at the Defendant’s residence located in Cheongju-si Office B, and deposited KRW 21,00,000 in total on the borrowed name account used by the said Defendant, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 49 times, and deposited KRW 21,00,000 in total on the borrowed name account used by the said Defendant, and predicted the result of the said deposited cyber money in advance after receiving such cyber money from abroad and various domestic sports games, and if there is a hostile, it lost cyber money without being paid dividends according to the dividend rate.

As a result, the Defendant used the act of providing property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person who is not an entrusted business entity.
