A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as he saw the Victim F (L, 24 years of age) as a early police officer on October 2014, 2014, had the Victim F Sponsed to commit rape and take money by threatening the Victim F, as if he were to spread videos or photographs taken at the time of sexual intercourse with the Victim.

1. The Defendant, around October 22, 2014, sent to the victim, within 304 of the Kakao Kakao Kakao Kao Kao Gao Gao Gao Gao Gao Gao, the Defendant’s residence on October 22, 2014, which was the Defendant’s residence, sent to the victim the content that the Defendant would immediately be released from the house, and that the Defendant would have the victim enter the Defendant’s residence.

The Defendant had sexual intercourse with a victim who was unable to resist due to such intimidation, and raped the victim more than six times in total, such as the list of offenses (1) in attached Form 1.

2. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent 30,000 won to the Defendant’s account by entering the victim’s bridge photographs and sexually related video images into the Facebook; (b) received 30,000 won from the frighter victim; and (c) around that time, from around December 25, 2014 to December 25, 2014, transferred 5,45,000 won in total over 20 times, as indicated in the [Attachment List of Crimes (2].
