A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Music Industry Promotion Act was a male singing room and sing and dancing by receiving KRW 30,00 per hour from four customers, such as F, in a room where the number of “Enonocom book” operated by Da with the fourth floor at the time of the Government, was unknown.

2. Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.
3. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent a bareboat photo taken by the victim F (hereinafter “F”) as shown in the preceding paragraph of the Kakakakao Kakao Kakao Kakao Kakao Kakao Kakao Kao Kao Ma on the north-gu Seoul Northern District on April 21, 2014; and (b) forced the Defendant to do so by sending a word “I will fluor be spread to the Government and the two sides by stating the victim’s telephone number, sex relation, etc. in the leaflet; and (c) around April 23, 2014, the Defendant forced the Defendant to do so; (d) around the water basin located in the river basin located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (d) fluor and son already left the victim’s body photo and the victim’s personal information recorded therein.”
