Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are friendly-gu between the J University noncommissioned Officers of the J University and known to the K Department.
1. The Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants: (a) contacted Defendant D’s Defendant D with a maririer M (a false name) of hemp with N on April 7, 2018; (b) promised Defendant B and Defendant D to visit the said M with N on April 7, 2018; and (c) promised Defendant B and Defendant D to sell marijuana by dividing it into a part of the body of the wife, to monitor the surrounding area. (c) Defendant B and Defendant D confirmed the possession of the said M with the said head; (d) display the samples of marijuana; (e) moving the waste log in the Daejeon-gu P; (e) Defendant A followed the said head; and (e) Defendant C planned to sell marijuana by dividing the above waste into parts of the body of the wife.
A. From April 7, 2018, the Defendants, who were in preparation for robbery, gathered in the above waste paper and failed to wear money and valuables by threatening Q as a deadly weapon, and Defendant A divided one saw-to-face inspection (20cm in total length, 10cm in length) to Defendant D and one saw-to-face inspection (30cm in total length, 18.5cm in blade) to Defendant C.
After that, the Defendants: (a) around 19:30 on the same day; (b) around 19:30 on the same day; (c) Defendant A had a broom broom (20cm in total, 10cm in length in total); and (d) one written knife (50cm in total, 30cm in length in total); (b) Defendant B had a knife (40cm in total, 27cm in length in knife); and (c) Defendant D and Defendant C had a marier with each deadly weapons received from Defendant A.

B.
