Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: on May 26, 2016, at the Daejeon Preliminary Police Station C police station located in Daejeon Pungdong on May 26, 2016, and the Defendant assaulted by the Defendant.
