[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for the defendant, two years have passed from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. On April 25, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October, 10 and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2017, by committing a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court.

A. On March 3, 2016, around 13:00 to 14:00, the Defendant delivered to B, without compensation, at least 3 marijuana of the non-fixed amount of marijuana in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a kind of tobacco in front of the Defendant’s residence, and received marijuana.

B. On May 25, 2016, around 17:24, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana 1 temperatures ( approximately KRW 28g) from B in front of the Defendant’s residence, after receiving 3 million from B, in front of the Defendant’s residence.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant received not less than three marijuana from A at the same date, time, and place as paragraph 1(a) and received marijuana from A without compensation.

B. At around 17:00 to 18:00 on the same day as the above paragraph (a), the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, within the Defendant’s vehicle, parked in the 111-dong underground parking lot of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H Apartment-gu, Seoul, with only one marijuana delivered as described in the above paragraph (a), and smoked in a way that, after approximately 1:2 hours, the Defendant smokes in two remaining parts of the said vehicle by attaching a fire again.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant B and C

A. At around 03:00 on June 201, the Defendants, along with J, K, and L, smoked by inserting approximately 0.2g of marijuana to the pipe of tobacco in Defendant B, who was parked in the “N club” parking lot located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, and then flying off in the manner of turning about 0.2g of marijuana into the pipe of tobacco, turning about a smoke with a fire into the pipe of tobacco, making it difficult for the Defendants to spread into the co and enter.

B. In April 2016, the Defendants, along with J, smoked in the “N club” parking lot as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) in a passenger car as indicated in the said paragraph, approximately 0.2g of marijuana, which was parked in the “N club” parking lot as indicated in the said paragraph (a).

Defendants, together with O, shall be removed from Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around August 7, 2016.
