Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that both the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants handled the Meteptop clopty (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana, which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On March 27, 2018, the Defendants were urged to purchase the philopon on March 27, 2018, and the Defendants were urged to purchase the copon on March 27, 2018. At around 20:32-20:36 of the same day, the Defendants purchased the copon from the D bank account (Account Number: H) designated from the D Bank’s point of origin in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the 1.5 million won (Account Number: H) and the 500,000 won in total from another D bank account (Account Number: I). At around 23:00 to 24:00 on the same day, the Defendants purchased the copon from the 1st floor of Seocho-gu Seoul High Building to the copon account of the said 5g copon.

On the other hand, the Defendants received marijuana free of charge in the process of purchasing the philophones as above by finding the ma’s influoral volume of marijuana provided as a service together with the philophones.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to trade philophones and received marijuana.

B. On March 28, 2018, around March 28, 2018, the Defendants, at around 01:00 on March 28, 2018, placed in two pieces of tobacco sold in the city of hemp in Suwon-si K Hotel at Suwon-si K Hotel, from among those sold in the city of marijuana, and inhaleed the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones and smoked marijuana.
