Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be carried out for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants in combination with the Defendants, from May 14, 2013 to May 11:00, 2013, from around 11:00 to May 22, 2013, 201: (a) around 29 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table; (b) Defendant A followed the telecommunication telegraphet board installed therein; (c) cut the upper part of the contact line for lightning prevention; and (d) Defendant B extracted or cut the contact line at the bottom of the contact line located on the ground with the Defendant’s hand and cut the line at KRW 5,276,530 on the aggregate by loading the line at KRW 30,00,000 on the e white wing line and one ton, with the combined market price of KRW 5,276,530,00,000 and approximately 105,000,000 Quaker Quaker.
