A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

『2016고단5301』 피고인은 2016. 7. 7. 08:35경 “3-4년 전에 남자들한테 윤간을 당했다, 전에도 똑같은 내용으로 신고한 적이 있는데 남자경찰관이 출동해서 윽박질렀다, 여자경찰관을 보내 달라”라는 내용으로 112신고를 하였다.
