1. On August 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) injectedd water into one disposable injection machine purchased as above in G 206 on August 25, 2015; and (b) administered philophones by means of injection into one’s arms and beer.

On August 26, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) added aquatic water to one disposable injection machine purchased as above in G 206; (b) dilution of philophones; (c) administered philophones by means of injection to one’s own arms and beer.
