A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on November 7, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 9, 2014.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received and delivered a single-use injection device with approximately 0.05 g of phiphones from E at the front parking lot located in Switzerland-si, Chuncheon on July 22, 2016; and (b) received and delivered a phiphone from E without any consideration.

2. On July 22, 2016, the Defendant, on July 2, 2016, administered a phiphone in the manner of injecting into the bloodline inside the right part of the body of the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, at a convenience store near the convenience store where the name located in Samcheon-do of Chuncheon is unknown, as indicated in paragraph 1.

3. On August 28, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from E and received one philophones from E at the G carpet front parking lot located in Chuncheon City F around 21:00 on August 28, 2016.

4. On August 28, 2016, the Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph 3, administered phiphones in a manner of injecting and dilution it into a single-use injection instrument containing phiphones shotphones dried from E, and in a way of injection into one’s arms and part of his arms, as described in paragraph 3.

5. On November 13, 2016, the Defendant received philophones from E and received philophones from E, one disposable injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philophones in the vicinity of I on November 13, 2016, around 17:00, in and around Chuncheon City/Do H.

6. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant of the philophone medication: (a) put approximately 0.05g of the philophones drawn from E into a single-use cell, as described in paragraph 5, at the Maurine room where it is impossible to find out the trade name located in the J of Gangwonwon on November 14, 2016; and (b) dilution them with a natural water.
