Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one may enter him/her in the list of abode voters by falsity;

On May 17, 2014, the Defendant, at the place of residence of D located in the former North Korea C on May 17, 2014, received the said D’s seal from E, stating that “D’s wife E is able to vote at residence because it is difficult to move for an old age.”

However, the above D does not mean "persons who are unable to move freely due to a serious disability to the body," and E did not have obtained consent from D to the report of residence voting because they had a weak normal recognition ability due to the age of 85 years old.

The Defendant, at the same time and place as above, took the seal of D from E, entered the name and address, telephone number, and date of birth in the paper of the abode polling report, and affixed a seal on D’s name and affixed it to D’s name, and then submitted the report prepared as above to G in the FMyeon Office, thereby entering D’s residence pollbook in the way of fraud.

2. A person who is unable to wage an election campaign as a member of the H Residential Self-Governing Committee on January 1, 2014, and no person shall allow another person to vote in a deceptive manner.

On May 26, 2014, the Defendant, on the floor of the above D’s residence, known that D’s ballot paper was delivered to the person subject to residence voting, and read the text by the Do governor, to D’s wife E, “I head of Gun is good. I head of J’s name is good, and it is well obvious that E does not go from East America’s name,” and accordingly, E put the same in front of J’s name on the ballot paper of I head of Gun.

Accordingly, the defendant carried out an election campaign to J of the I military candidate, and made him cast a vote by fraud.
