Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a social worker who works as a deputy president of the Social Welfare Foundation E located in Gangwon-gun D.

No person shall make a false abode polling report, and shall make another person enter the abode polling report in the relevant abode polling report register by fraud.

Defendant 37 persons, among the above “E” inmates, were hospitalized in the hospital (one hospital of G hospital 15 and one hospital of H), or disabled persons with intellectual disability 1 degree, etc., and Defendant 1 was aware of having obtained consent from the said 37 persons on May 9, 2017 to visit the 19th President Election-related abode, which was conducted on May 9, 2017, the above 37 persons agreed to visit the hospital under the name of the above persons.

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the office of “E”; (b) stated “E” in G hospital’s entrance; (c) stated “E” in the “E” registry; and (d) stated “F” in the name column of the head of the household, “I” in the “E” registry, “I” in the “F, and “I” in the “F,” and “I” in the “F,” the date of birth, and “F” in the “F,” and “F,” and “F” in the “F,” and “F,” and “F,” and “F,” on the date of notification; and (d) stated in the “F” registry in the “F,” and the “F,” and submitted the reported abode report in the “F,” instead of having obtained consent from F, on April 13, 2017.

As a result, the defendant made a false report on 37 persons such as F, etc., and entered them in the list of reported abodes by fraud.
