Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who worked for Ulsan C Apartment from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2018 as the head of the Tong 301 Dong and 302 Dong.

1. No one shall make another person enter him/her in the admission ledger by falsity or any other fraudulent means;

On May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in the above C Apartment 302 Dong 1116, around May 20, 2018; and (b) even though D did not have obtained consent from D to the reporting of residence voting, the Defendant prepared a report of residence voting in the name of D, arbitrarily stating D’s name, address, domicile, telephone number, and date of birth, and entered D’s name and signature in the signature column of the written report of residence voting in the name of D; (b) filed a report in the F Community Center located in Ulsansan E, around May 25, 2018; (c) filed the report in a false manner with the person in charge of personal affairs, including entering D’s name and signature, and made D’s name and false entry in the report of residence voting in the name of 301 Dong and 302 Dong residential districts residing in the name of 302 Dong, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

2. No head of a Tong for illegal election campaigns and advance election campaigns shall carry out an election campaign, and no one shall carry out an election campaign before the election campaign period is completed;
