A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the marijuana as follows.

1. On October 2010, the Defendant received approximately 1.5g of the hemp plant, which was sealed in a newspaper from D, in front of the Defendant’s house located in Pakistan at around 14:00 on the date of the mid- to 2010, at around 14:50.

2. The Defendant received, at around 17:00, delivery of approximately 1.5g of the hemp plant, which was sealed in a newspaper at the same place as the above 17:00 on October 201, from D, at a free price.

3. On June 201, the Defendant, at the F Common Cemetery located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, deducted the tobacco containing the tobacco dog, and then made approximately 0.5g of the hemp tobacco possessed by G by inserting approximately 0.5g of the tobacco dog in four pieces for the tobacco dog, and then smoked in collusion with G, H and I in a manner of making it possible for the Defendant to smoke in a way of spreading the tobacco with one dog in collusion with G, H and I.

4. At D’s house located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ around 20:00 on September 201, the Defendant: (a) made 3gs of the hemp plant D, in collusion with D, K, G, L, and M, and smoke in a way that they make 6gs of the hemp plant that D had, in the same manner as the above 3gs of the hemp plant; and (b) made a smoke in collusion with D, K, G, L, and M by attaching one unit of the hemp plant.

5. On October 201, 201, the Defendant made three marijuana tobacco in collusion with D, and smoke in the same manner in collusion with L, which was held D at the same location as the above 4, around 20:00, on October 1, 201.

6. On June 21, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant, following the Defendant’s residence located in N in Pakistan, reduced the tobacco plant located in the general tobacco openings from the vegetable garden, and smoked by inserting approximately 0.5g of the feste marijuana, such as the foregoing paragraph 2, in the flusium and attaching a fire in the flusium.

7. At around 20:00 of the same month, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of marijuana, among marijuana, received at the same place as above 6, in the same manner as above 2.

8. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on the 25th day of the same month, was in the same manner as the above 6th day of the same month.
