A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant, who operates the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd in Si interest-si B, completed the registration of an export and import heat treatment business, and completed the permission of the Agricultural and Forestry Quarantine Headquarters for the use of disinfection treatment marks, and found any timber with the omission of the seals of the said disinfection treatment marks in the supply process, while being supplied with any timber heat processed from the Seodaemun-si, which was licensed by the Agricultural and Forestry Quarantine Headquarters for the use of the said disinfection treatment marks, with the intention to use the said timber without going through the procedures for return and re-supply (the state) as the seal of the said disinfection treatment marks permitted by the Agricultural and Forestry Quarantine Agency for the use of the

On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant requested the production of rubber in the same shape (HTKR-20218) which is used in the export packing material without the permission of (ju) main wood from the printing company in the new malthm of the new malthm of Sticheon, Sticheon-si; and (b) had the employees of the above printing company who do not know such circumstance produce the hTK-20218 “HTR-2018” with the size of 7cm X-20218.

On December 11, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:00, exercised the aforementioned investigation marks by affixing the forged “Meet for disinfection treatment” on a general timber as if he/she uses the 25 general timber in the process of manufacturing wood packaging materials for export for the export of 273 items, upon request from (ju OO International) the export packing work of the structure of power generation facilities from (i) the offshore of the ferry located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu.
