A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on behalf of the Defendant, used a certificate of seal impression, resident registration card, seal, etc. received from C in the course of acting as an agent for the transaction, etc. of a motor vehicle by using the personal information of C in the name of C and used it to purchase the vehicle in the name of C and to apply for the loan of the vehicle.

1. 2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1, issued a forged vehicle transfer certificate, an application for a vehicle loan with enzed capital, and an agreement on a vehicle loan with enzed capital as if it were a document duly formed, and exercised the same at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph 1.
