A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) opened a door of the FSM5 vehicle driving seat owned by the victim E, which was parked in a state that was not corrected before D located in C at Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; and (b) displayed money and valuables, but did not receive any money and valuables to be stolen.

2. The Defendant: (a) at around 01:05 on the same day as indicated in paragraph (1), posted the key to “H Et” located in G and parked in an unreshed state; (b) opened a door door of the Jone Star Sheet vehicle owned by the victim I and drive the vehicle at the speed of 4,00,000 won at the market price owned by the victim.

3. On the same day as indicated in paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim, who was in a knife knife without a knife without a knife, after tearing and destroying the shock net of the rear side of the building; and (b) opened and intrudes into the knife without a knife.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

4. The Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at around 01:42 the same day as the above paragraph 1, and around 01:42, the Defendant opened a 'P’ catum operated by the Victim O located in N in Chungcheongnam-si, and opened a window behind the building and intruded into the inside, put the body into the window so that the object can be stolen, and attempted to escape from the outside while the body was laid into the window.
