A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 29, 2017, at around 00:27, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of FMM vehicle owned by the victim E, which was parked in the front of D located in C on July 29, 2017; (b) stolen mobile phones equivalent to KRW 500,000 in the market price; and (c) stolen each damaged article owned by the victims, such as No. 1,6,9,009,000, per annum 1,000 in the list of crimes in attached crimes.

2. On January 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the victim H-owned cooza and attempted to steals money and valuables, which was parked in the front of G around 19:15 on January 28, 2018; (b) but did not receive any money and valuables.

3. From around 01:00 on July 30, 2017, the Defendant, at night, stolen each damaged article in the aggregate amount of KRW 402,00,000, owned by the victims, including one string machine holding the victim L, and one 162,00,000 in cash located within the string machine, in which an employee was intruded through the toilet window at the location, and was in any absence, from the K located in the J of Haju-si, from around 01:0, July 30, 201.

4. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steals money and valuables by breaking the victim’sO into the toilet window located in the same place, from around 03:00, around 03 to around 03:0, the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft of a structure at night. However, even if there was no money and valuables, the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft.
