A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant had no fixed occupation and had a mind to steal others' things in order to prepare living expenses by leaving home.
1. At night, the Defendant: (a) around August 15, 2017; (b) around 01:00 on August 15, 2017, the Defendant: (c) opened an open door, which was not set up at the house of the victim D located in the wife population C; and (d) removed KRW 20,000 in cash, which was owned by the victim of a dint in a room located in the third floor;
In other words, they stolen them.
In addition, from that to October 4, 2017, the Defendant invadedd the victim D and E’s residence at night over a total of eight times, such as the list of offenses in the attached Table, and stolen the victims’ property.
2. On October 4, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings: (a) intruded the victim G, which was located in the wife population F, into the H restaurant operated by the victim G, which was not locked by the victim G, around 02:50 on October 4, 2017; and (b) did not discover the money and valuables, but did not commit an attempted crime.
3. Larceny;
A. On September 27, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant opened a door of the victim I’s J truck, which was not locked from the streets of 326, a 39-6 large number of 10,000 won in cash, and stolen it.
B. On October 5, 2017, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of the Victim K-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-S
