Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 7, 2016, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that he/she sold “HP Nowon-gu,” by accessing the Internet “HP Nowon-gu,” and selling the “HP Nowon-gu,” thereby sending the goods to the victim C who contacted with the Defendant.
