Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court on August 26, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Port Prison on April 11, 2017.
1. On July 7, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that he sells game money on the website of the ASEAN at the DoPC room located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Seoul-gu, “Akykykykye,” and the victim E who reported and contacted the letter to the effect that she sold 30,000 dus of the game money for KRW 195,000.

Around July 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above and receiving KRW 195,000 from the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number:F) in the name of the Defendant from the victim; and (b) from around that time to September 13, 2017, the Defendant was transferred KRW 1,580,000 in total from eight victims to the said Saemaul Depository account in the name of the Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table from around July 8, 2017.
2. On September 16, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement on “On-line Game Sales Account” on the Internet NAV and on the website of the country where it is difficult to know the trade name near the Ayangdong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Ayang-gu, and the Defendant posted a false statement on “On-line Game Sales” to the victim G who visited the Defendant, who sold the ID and password of the said Account if he transfers money.”
