1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1604"
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (b) opened an emergency entrance, which was up to the third floor of the building C in Busan, using an emergency stairs in Busan metropolitan building; and (c) went into such entrance, which was not corrected by the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D; and (d) stolen KRW 150,000 in cash from the payment period for cash withdrawal owned by the victim.
B. On July 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 24, 2017, at around 04:25, operated by the victim G located in Busan Southern-gu, the Defendant opened a ventilation window of the above restaurant, which was not corrected for the first time in the restaurant; (b) went into and intrudes into the restaurant; and (c) cut off 150,000 won in cash during the payment period, which is owned by the victim.
2. Intrusion upon a structure;
A. B. Around August 7, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime, citing KRW 69,000 as cash owned by the victim M, which was kept between the head of a Tong who was placed on the account unit of the location of the head of a Tong at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 2-B.
