A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 6341"

1. On July 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 04:14, at the F convenience point for the operation of the Victim E, located on the first floor of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Underground 1; (b) opened an entrance and intruded into the said convenience store key, and did not return the key to the convenience store; and (c) paid 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim at the safe without correction.

2. On July 10, 2016, around 04:34, the Defendant, at the F convenience store as described in paragraph 1, re-influenced and did not correct in the manner described in paragraph 1, paid 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

3. On November 21, 2016, around 03:46, at the first convenience point in the operation of the Victim H located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, the Defendant: (a) opened a credit cooperative in the store inside the store by putting up a part of the part not corrected by the package door of the convenience store on his/her hand and intruded by the crepan, and carried out 700,000 won in cash owned by the victim.

4. On November 28, 2016, around 03:25, the Defendant intruded the victim K at Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu in the same manner as paragraph 3, and carried out KRW 900,000 in cash owned by the victim who was in the store calculation unit and the depository.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 2.1 million won in total after he invadedd the victims' structures at night every four times.

"2017 Highest 984"

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On September 19, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the “P cafeteria” inside the “P cafeteria managed by the victim’sO” through the entrance that was not corrected by the N comprehensive 2nd floor in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M on September 19, 2016, and 450,000 won in cash owned by the victim and kept within the payment period in cash.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant entered the first floor of a building as indicated in paragraph (1) around 22:00, and intrudes into a “Pkbook” innerly managed by the victimO through the entrance that was not corrected, and kept in custody within the payment period for cash withdrawal.
