A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 1. The Defendant stolen, on July 2017, at around 02:30, bicycles owned by the victim’s name and non-brupted person, who had been located therein, on an expressway between the head and the head of the Dong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, North Korea.

2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A.
